Job Type: Full-time Collection Agents Collectors will be responsible for:

• Performing outbound and inbound calls to discuss delinquency and recover debt in a busy office environment
• Retrieving financial information over the phone
• Utilizing tools such as letters, skip-tracing and calls to maximize contact and performance
• Initiate and negotiate individual payment plans with outstanding clients
• Meet and exceed daily/monthly targets
• Follow mandated policies and procedures

The successful candidate should possess these qualifications:

• Detail oriented
• Punctuality is a must
• Strong English written and verbal skills; secondary language is an asset but not required
• Ability to multitask and organize
• Strong computer skills
• Highly motivated
• Collection/Call Center experience an asset but not required
• Will need to pass a criminal background check prior to hire
